Responsible for 25 research projects funded by various institutions including the Hubei Provincial People's Government, Hubei Provincial Department of Justice, Hubei Provincial Procuratorate, Hubei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Hubei Provincial Department of Education, Hubei Provincial Health Commission, and Hubei Provincial Association of Science and Technology Workers.

Published over 30 papers in well-known journals such as Modern Law, Chinese Medical Journal, Law Journal, Journal of Sichuan University, and Journal of Central South University for Nationalities. The research report "Comprehensive Management of Campus Security in Hubei Province's Universities" was selected as a "Consultation Reference" by the Hubei Provincial People's Government in 2020 and signed off by two vice governors in charge of education and political and legal work; The "Development Strategies for Organ Donation and Transplantation in Hubei Province Based on Legal Protection" was selected for the "Hubei Population and Health Research Results Report" in 2022 and signed off by the Vice Governor in charge of medical and health.
