Dean Liu Jie-ming:

 Oversees the overall work of the school. In charge of disciplinary construction, personnel and talent management, and financial matters.

Secretary Geng Ying-gang: 

In charge of the Party committee affairs within the college, whose purview extends to the comprehensive management of Party building and ideological publicity efforts, ensuring the maintenance of security, stability, and strict confidentiality, the development and strengthening of the cadre team, with a particular focus on promoting high standards of teachers' professional ethics and a positive work style, party conduct and anti-corruption work, united front work, trade union and organ style construction work.

Vice Secretary Jin Min: 

Be responsible for the ideological and political education and management of students (including preparatory students), discipline inspection and supervision work, alumni affairs, and enrollment publicity work. Assist in the management of Party building and publicity and ideological work, the construction of the working style of the administrative organs, and security and stability work.

Vice Dean He Ping: 

Responsible for undergraduate and preparatory student teaching work, laboratory construction work, profession construction and evaluation work, innovation and entrepreneurship work and the work of the branch library.

Vice Dean Bu Qing-ping: 

Responsible for disciplinary construction and evaluation work, scientific research and base construction work, international exchange and cooperation work.

Vice Dean Wu Lu:

 In charge of the postgraduate education work, administrative work, state-owned assets management and informatization construction work of the college. Assist in the management of trade union affairs, talent team building and financial work.
